Balance: How do I top up my Ycoins balance?

By topping up Ycoins balance or participating in our referral friend program, you will be able to enjoy Yesim's services and benefits, such as:

  • Purchase data plans or top-ups for Ycoins.
  • Get your virtual private number instantly.
  • Track and manage your credits spending.
  • Activate the International eSIM with an unlimited data and worldwide coverage.

How to top up Yesim balance?

  1. Log in to your Yesim account.
  2. Navigate to the Account tab in the bottom right corner of the app.
  3. Press the Top Up button.
  4. Then a new page will pop up where you will need to select the amount of funds you want to add.
  5. Select a payment method and complete your purchase.

Auto top-up option

When making a top-up, you’ll notice a checkbox that enables auto top-up. By enabling this option, you can ensure that you’ll always have enough funds to use all benefits of Yesim services. When selected, Ycoins balance will be automatically topped up by the selected amount when it reaches the minimum of €1.

Can I withdraw Ycoins?

No, Ycoins cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. Once a bonus code has been redeemed or Ycoins has been purchased, they are tied to that account.

 

Note: Ycoins balance credits are valid for 1 (one) year from the moment of their receipt, regardless of the method of receipt (in the form of a purchase or in the form of a bonus). Ycoins not used within the aforesaid term will be lost and cannot be recovered. Ycoins cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
