- Contact our team
- Provide them with complete information about your eSIM
- Our team will send a new eSIM to your email*
* Please note that not all providers support the eSIM transfer function. We are working to make this easier to visualize and understand.
When you sign in on a new device, please confirm that you are using a different device so that our app can update your settings correctly.
Important: eSIM is a digital version of a physical card and cannot be used on more than one device at a time. When your new eSIM profile is activated on your new device, the Yesim plan on your previous device will be deactivated.
