Before transferring from the old device to the new one, please check if your new device is compatible with eSIM technology.
If you wish to transfer your eSIM to a new device, you'll just need to reach out to our team to have a new eSIM profile created. As soon as we receive your request, we will send a new QR-code to your account email address. All you need to do is log into your Yesim account on a new device and install the new QR-code. That is it. Your Yesim data plan and unused MBs will be available on your new device.
When signing in on a new device, please confirm that you are using a different device so that our app can update the settings correctly.
Important: eSIM is a digital version of a physical card and cannot be used on more than one device at a time. When your new eSIM profile is activated on your new device, the Yesim plan on your previous device will be deactivated.
