In case you have accidentally deleted your Yesim profile, it can be reactivated again for free. To do this, you can use the same QR code that you received when purchasing a Yesim data plan. Re-scan it using the same device on which you previously installed the Yesim profile.
In case you have switched to a new device, please contact us to request a new QR code. We will send it immediately.
Note: You can temporarily deactivate Yesim profile and reactivate it at any time in your device settings.
