Notice: Make sure your iPhone is compatible with eSIM and connected to Wi-Fi or cellular service before installing an eSIM. If you want to install eSIM on your current phone, send the QR code to the other device.
To install an eSIM on your Apple device, follow the instructions below (video or text format).
If you already have the Yesim app installed, you can open the eSIM installation guide from it. Go to the [Help Page] > [Yesim installation].
How can I install an eSIM profile on Apple devices?
Option 1 – Adding the Yesim via Fast Installation
After purchasing your first plan, go to the eSIM installation page:
- Open iOS Yesim app.
- Go to the Help section and choose Yesim Installation.
- Tap on the Install button at the Fast tab for initiating the installation. Your device will now direct you to system settings. Installation process should not be interrupted.
- Tap Add Cellular Plan.
- Follow the onscreen instructions. Proceed to the next step after confirmation.
- Label your data plan as Yesim for easy identification. You can change labels later in Settings. Choose Primary for iMessage, FaceTime, and Apple ID or simply tap Continue without selecting any.
- If you want to start using the plan immediately, choose newly added Yesim as your Mobile Data. Select Primary as your Default Line.

If you want to start using the plan immediately, make sure the Yesim profile is turned on as well as Data Roaming.
Once our eSIM is correctly installed, you are ready to activate and use Mobile Internet from Yesim! It may take up to 5–10 minutes for the eSIM to find connectivity after the plan has been activated.
Option 2 – Adding the Yesim by scanning the QR Code
Make sure your iPhone is compatible with eSIM and connected to Wi-Fi or cellular service before installing an eSIM. If you want to install eSIM on your current phone, send the QR code to the other device.
1. Go to your device Settings, tap on Cellular, and choose Add Cellular Plan.
2. On the Set Up Cellular screen, select Use QR code.
3. Point your iPhone camera at the QR code received on mail or sent to other device.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions. Proceed to the next step after confirmation.
5. Label your data plan as Yesim for easy identification. You can change labels later in Settings. Choose Primary for iMessage, FaceTime, and Apple ID or simply tap Continue without selecting any.
6. If you want to start using the plan immediately, choose newly added Yesim as your Mobile Data. Select Primary as your Default Line.
7. If you want to start using the plan immediately, make sure the Yesim profile is turned on as well as Data Roaming.

Option 3 – Adding Yesim manually
If you are experiencing issues scanning the QR code or simply don't have another device, there is another option that allows you to enter details manually.
Make sure your iPhone is compatible with eSIM and connected to Wi-Fi or cellular service before installing an eSIM.
1. Go to Settings, tap on Cellular, and choose Add Cellular Plan
2. On the Set Up Cellular screen, select Use QR code.
3. Tap Enter Details Manually.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions. Proceed to the next step after confirmation.
5. You will be asked to enter: SM-DP+ Address, activation code, confirmation code (optional). All of these details are included in the "Your eSIM profile from Yesim" email. If you didn't receive the Confirmation Code from us, please leave this field blank.
6. If you want to start using the plan immediately, choose newly added Yesim as your Mobile Data. Select Primary as your Default Line.
7. If you want to start using the plan immediately, make sure the Yesim profile is turned on as well as Data Roaming.
Once our eSIM is correctly installed, you are ready to activate and use Mobile Internet from Yesim! It may take up to 5–10 minutes for the eSIM to find connectivity after the plan has been activated.
You can check the eSIM status in the Yesim app. To do this, go back to the Yesim app and go to the Help section > Yesim Installation.
Note: For security purposes, after Yesim is installed on your iPhone, it cannot be used on any other device. Please do NOT remove your eSIM, simply turn it OFF at the end of your trip.
