We provide a continuously updated list of supported smartphones. To learn more about the supported technologies for your device, please refer to the user manual.
Option 1
To determine if your device is eSIM compatible, you can check the EID (Embedded SIM ID) of your device.
Navigate to Settings > About phone > Status > EID. If an EID is listed, your device supports eSIM technology. Additionally, you can also look for the option to Add eSIM in Settings > Connections > SIM card manager.
Additionally, you can check your device's eSIM status by dialing *#06#. If it shows a EID number, your phone supports eSIM.
Option 2
For Apple Devices:
For iPhone users, verifying eSIM compatibility is a straightforward process:
- Go to Settings > General > About.
- Scroll down to the Digital SIM or Carrier Lock section.
- If you see an IMEI number or No SIM restrictions, your iPhone is eSIM-compatible.
- Another way would be to go to Settings > Cellular and look for the Add eSIM button.
For Android Devices:
eSIM support on Android is more fragmented, as it depends on the specific model and manufacturer. Most modern Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy phones are eSIM compatible.
But it is still better to check this on the manufacturer's website or in the settings/manual of your cell phone. To confirm if your Android device supports eSIM, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager.
- Look for a QR code scanner, Add a network, Add eSIM or Download a SIM option.
- If you see one of these options or other ways to add an eSIM, your phone is compatible.
