Note: Once you delete your eSIM, you won’t be able to reinstall it. If your data package is active but not working, avoid deleting the eSIM to try and fix it.
For iOS (iPhone):
- Go to Settings.
- Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data.
- Select the plan that you want to delete.
- Tap Delete eSIM.
For Android:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Network & internet > Mobile network.
- Select the eSIM you want to delete.
- Tap Delete SIM.
For Android (Samsung):
- From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access all apps.
- Navigate: Settings > Connections > SIM manager.
- Tap the eSIM you want to remove.
If you removed your eSIM, you'll need to contact us to get a new QR code. If you already get an email with a new QR code, set up your new eSIM.
